Catastrophic Weather Events and You

Whatever your opinion is on Global Warming, the weather patterns have definitely changed, causing more and more Catastrophic Loss Storms. From Snow and Ice to Thunder and Lightening, we are definitely experiencing more Catastrophic losses from Weather related losses in the United States. That is directly translating to you paying more and more for things like Property Insurance. Making deductible decisions and reading the fine print on how claims are paid for certain kinds of losses, like Hail, has become more important than ever. My job is to help educate you so you are making a decision for your coverage tat is based on all of the facts. I am a consumer as well. I have also been affected by the increased cost of insurance. I don't get discounts from insurance companies, I pay what you pay. Colorado has seen a huge increase in premium costs for property insurance over the last 6 plus years. Many insurance companies have also gone to mandatory wind and hail deductibles due to the losses we have seen along the Front Range over that period of time. If you need help making important decisions about your insurance needs, please let my 30 years of Experience and knowledge help you.
